Another Way
The Wayfarer has covered 7 miles and the Hardrider has covered 14 miles
when they meet. (They start 21 miles apart and the Hardrider is twice as
fast as the Wayfarer.) The fly is flying at 27 mph for the entire
7/9ths of an hour which this takes, and therefore covers 21 miles.
